The successful Rental Coordinator candidate will be an essential part of our team focusing on our goals of outstanding customer service and accurate billing. The Rental Coordinator position requires excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service to both internal and external customers.
~ Prepare rental contracts and administrate rental billing
~ Discuss customer needs and suggest suitable and safe equipment for the application
~ Load/unload rental equipment as needed
~ Prepare delivery/pick-up paperwork for drivers to meet hauling schedule
~ Resolve issues to facilitate proper invoicing
~ Answer inbound calls from customers related to rentals
~ Perform any other duties as assigned or as they arise
+ Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
+ Customer service focused with office and computer experience
+ Knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and standard office equipment (computer terminal, copier/scanner, etc.)
Compensation will be based on qualifications and will not be discussed online.
