We cannot say enough about how wonderful they are to work with. They installed our generator and did a fantastic job!! We had them add electric to our shed and outside lighting . Done with perfection. When we had our wifi installed they came back and hooked our generator up to it and also put in a wifi thermostat for us! Its a 6 hour drive from my residence to Wellsboro where we have our hunting cabin. Its been months since anyone has ventured up the 3 mile long, old logging road, leading up to the cabin. Knowing the road would be partially washed out with all the rain, coupled with downed trees blocking access, I took a chance, contacted Wellsboro Equipment Rental, well in advance, to rent an excavator. Unlike what I'm accustomed to where I live, the gentleman on the phone couldn't be more accommodating. He didn't know me from Adam, never met, or done business with me, yet his demeanor reflected military bearing, every sentence ending with "sir". The machine had arrived earlier than expected that day, which was awesome. It was so clean, not a spec of mud in the tracks, or the cab interior. It was meticulously kept. No one would think think this was a rental. How refreshing it was to just pick up the phone, set this rental up, without being asked a slew of ridiculous questions. While all the time, being spoken to in such a professional manner. I can't say enough about this company. They hang their hat on making sure every customer is treated with the utmost respect, making sure that customer receives his rental as promised, being assured that the rental has been gone over, serviced, being confident to be a hassel free experience. We have rented several times from W.E.R. and they are always very accommodating. We are renovating a cabin in the area and are traveling roughly 4 hrs to get there, the after hours pick ups have been life savers for us. Our place is 30 minutes from their store and sometimes coming back to town is very inconvenient so being able to pick up on our way up is really helpful. Their people are friendly and knowledgeable and 5 stars isn’t enough of a grade for them - seriously.

We purchased a New Wood Master Clean fire 300 wood furnace from Wellsboro Equipment to replace an older unit. We talked to Doug, who was very informative about the product, he was able to have Chris and Jeff come to the house to give us an estimate. We placed the order on November 19th and it came in about 10 days later. They called and were able to install it on Friday December 2nd. The work was done in one day. It was a very neat job and professionally done. The furnace works great, we will be very happy in our nice warm home this winter. Thank you guys for a GREAT JOB!

Good experience for warranty service work. Just wished there were mechanics available to perform the warranty work on a Saturday so not to loose a days pay or burn a vacation day to resolve the issues.

Chris, Ryan and all the guys are great. I recently rented a machine that was a little undersized for the job. Called down and talked to Chris and, while they didn’t have a larger machine available at that moment, they were able to jump in the truck and help me with some labor and redneck engineering to get the job done! I’ve bought mowers, chainsaws, accessories, a wood boiler and hope to buy a new tractor from them soon. They’ve rebuilt major parts of my current tractor and they’re even fixing up my old car hauler trailer. They’re awesome and always find a way to help their customers. Keep it up fellas!
